How To Transfer Videos/Pictures From Sony HD HandyCam Internal Memory To SD Card

I was pretty fed up with trying to accomplish this task but I finally figured it out.  Hopefully this will save you the frustration I had to go through... 1st world problems!  Anyways, here is how to transfer all of the videos and pictures you want from the HandyCam's internal memory to an SD card.

In "Setup", make sure it is set to read the internal memory rather than the card memory.

Insert your SD card, then navigate to the saved photos/videos on the HandyCam's internal memory.
Click "Menu" then click "Edit/Copy"
Click "Copy" then press "Int. Memory --> Memory Card"
Choose either of the options and select the items you want to transfer.
After you have selected the items, press "OK" and let the camera do its thing.

Now you can take out your SD card and transfer the items to your laptop or desktop computer if you want!
