Enable VT-X Hardware Virtualization In A Computer's Bios

You can only enable VT-X if your computer's BIOS supports it.  However, most new computers do have the feature but it is often disabled within the BIOS.  Enabling this feature will allow you to run virtual machines on your computer through programs such as virtualbox and vmware.

TO GET INTO YOUR BIOS (All Computers are slightly different when it comes to getting into the BIOS as well as its layout):

  1. START YOUR COMPUTER UP AND BEFORE WINDOWS STARTS IT SHOULD TELL YOU A KEY TO PRESS.
  2. PRESS THE KEY AND LOOK AROUND YOUR BIOS FOR THE "VT-X" FEATURE, "HARDWARE VIRTUALIZATION" FEATURE, OR ANYTHING OF THE LIKES AND ENABLE IT.
  3.  RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AND NOW YOU CAN RUN VIRTUAL MACHINES ON YOUR COMPUTER.
