1. Practice doing a foot stall by rolling the ball with the bottom of your foot up onto the top of your foot.
2. Do step one until you can hold the ball without a problem on the top of your foot.
3. Practice rolling the stalled ball off the outside of your foot while bring your knee to the center of your body.
4. Try looping your entire leg over and under the ball while it is still in the air and try to keep your juggle going.
5. You have now completed an around the world, congratulations!
